On the night of Saturday 21st June, Zhong Ding`s Chief Instructor Nigel Sutton will be holding a midsummer`s night training session on Cissbury Ring in Sussex. We have held many of these spirit training sessions in the past that have proven to be very successful. The last time Nigel held one was back in 2004 and attracted many people that trained in various Tai Chi skills throughout the night until the early hours of the next morning. Nigel will be focusing on all things "wood" working on concepts within Tai Chi, Bagua, Xing Yi and Silat. (NO Metal weapons!!!....Only bring wooden weapons).

The night`s training is open for anyone of any level, and I stress that anyone that has never trained with Nigel to take up this opportunity. If you are really adventurous then why not attend not only the Cissbury Ring session, but also attend the course the following day. (A great test for your spirit, relaxation, stamina, and ability) These kind of training session rarely happen so if you want your Tai Chi to reach the next level, then this is your opportunity.

In the past we have normally started the training session around 10pm. I will be meeting everyone at our clubs main hall car park at around 9:30pm (The Northbrook Barn, Squadron Drive, Durrington, Worthing, BN13 3SL)

We normally train either on the south side or the south west side of the Cissbury Ring, so those of you that know the area you are more than welcome to make your own way up there.

The cost of the session will be whatever you feel you have got out of the nights training. This money will be placed into a red packet for Nigel. (Please make it a realistic amount and bear in mind Nigel has travelled all the way from Malaysia to teach these skills).

What to bring: Apart from bringing your wooden training weapons, you need to bring some warm clothing as it can get a bit chilly up on the hill. Food and hot drinks, a torch might come in handy and anything you can think that will help the training session in anyway.

Nigel will be returning to Sussex for a tai chi seminar. The topic will be on the Yin & Yang of Taijiquan, in form, pushing hands and function.The cost of the seminar will be £30 for members and £35 for non-members.
