1. Hi Guys hope your all well down there in sussex. I got to see glen over christmas and the new year in goa. It was great so nice out there only wish we had more time to train. Nice site you have here hope to see you all soon at some of the Zhong Ding events.

2. The new web site is a credit to its designer. I look forward to seeing the site develop and become not only a tool for information but one of learning and reflection- as a member of the Sussex Zhong Ding club I can personally recommend any of the classes. The instructors are excellent, knowledgeable and deliver the syllabus with endless enthusiasm - I would like to congratulate them and offer my thanks.
